A Short Holiday in Copenhagen Needn't Be Expensive

Denmark is notorious as being one of the most expensive places to visit in the world. While it does not even come close to matching the amount of money that you’ll pay to visit Norway or Finland, you’ll find yourself paying double for drinks, and sometimes triple the price for food. Denmark really is an expensive place to visit but there are a few things that you can do to make sure that your stay is as cheap as possible.

The best perhaps is to book somewhere that is all inclusive. This will ensure that you do not have to eat out twice a day in restaurants and cafes where the prices can quickly become ludicrously expensive. You should also avoid drinking too much alcohol. Even if you have earned a lot of money playing the stock market in recent years with the help and advice of a financial consultant like Galvan Research you’ll quickly dwindle away all of your money by doing something like drinking in expensive bars all week. Instead, either don’t drink too much, buy the booze from a supermarket, or find better ways to spend your time. Copenhagen has a vibrant night life scene, so you will want to spend some time checking it out, but mostly I recommend cycling around and not doing too much in terms of expensive activities. The flights and cheap and hotel accomodation is reasonably priced, so don’t eat and drink too much and you will find that the price is actually quite fair.
