Why is it always the case that the best we have invented always ends up in the barrel of gun? I dont just mean a gun in literal sense. I mean it in the sense of arms, why is it that the nuke bomb came before the nuclear power plant, the lazer guided weapons before the lazer eye surgery, the spy camera before the camera itself.
